ME
Born and raised in Colorado, there are so many reasons to love where I come from. Naturally, I have a deep appreciation for the mountains and the great outdoors. Each year I look forward to the change of seasons. With 300 days of sun, I don’t mind the rainy days and I’m always excited to snowboard in the winter. I am a music enthusiast, a dedicated yogi, I crave adventure and I live for the unknown.
In 2012 I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Broadcast Production, an outside emphasis in Studio Art and a Certificate in Digital Media. From there I had only one goal: to leave the country with a one-way ticket. I gave myself two years to save money and take off… in 2014 I flew to Madrid, the first stop on my epic four year journey.
For the last 12 years, I have been managing and bartending at restaurants home and abroad. I was personally asked to help open a new restaurant in Australia where I did everything from seating tables, to making cocktails and cashing up at the end of the night. In India, I was managing a café and teaching yoga at a beautiful resort on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The following year I ended up further down the road teaching yoga and running a guesthouse.
Eventually Colorado called me home, where I recently completed a full-stack Web Development course. I’m excited to use what I’ve learned, to get creative, explore the deep depths of my mind, make some art and build some websites.
