My Story

This isn’t just my portfolio. It’s a little glimpse into my life and who I am beyond the work.

I’ve always been drawn to art, music, and anything creative. I earned my degree in Broadcast Production and a certificate in Art, Media & Technology from CU Boulder, with internships at Clear Channel Colorado and Warren Miller Entertainment. Getting to work behind the scenes in music and snowboarding was amazing, but I still had no idea what I wanted to do with my life.

I’d always dreamed of buying a one-way ticket somewhere, so in 2014, that’s exactly what I did. I spent the next four years traveling the world, exploring new places, meeting people, and figuring things out along the way. You can see some of those adventures on my travel page.

When I eventually returned to Colorado, I decided to give coding a try and enrolled in a full-stack development bootcamp at the University of Denver. Turns out, I loved it. It was the perfect mix of creative problem-solving and technical challenges.

In 2020, I started Doveskii Design & Develop, and I’ve been designing, building, and troubleshooting websites ever since. I love working with a variety of clients and the fact that no two projects are ever quite the same.
